Santa Victoria House

The owner facilitated all our needs. Even on Monday's when most museums are closed he managed to organise a tour out to 2 that were open and they were fantastic. His coffee is superb, best we've had in South America so far.

The host who greeted us was very friendly and accommodating - helping us get our bearings in the local area. The room was clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable we've slept on so far during our trip to Peru.

No curtains or blinds in the room so we were woken early by the sunlight pouring in. The photos on the Booking.com listing are saturated into oblivion, so you'd be forgiven for expecting a fluorescent pink house...so, pictures that more accurately represent the house would be better. Also, and maybe this because we were the only ones there (I think), but the house has a bit of a weird vibe that makes the stay a bit surreal...

Exceptionally warm and welcoming couple who manage this lovely, tranquil casa. La Señora even offered to bring my breakfast up to my room on a tray, but I preferred to eat in the spacious dining area downstairs - not that my room wasn’t spacious enough!! A huge bathroom too, with plenty of towels & bath mat, which you don’t usually get in hostels in Peru! Altogether a really excellent place to stay and great value for money.

Lovely hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Lovely big room, lots of storage, huge bathroom, hot shower, daily housekeeping. Very comfortable stay. Great WiFi, and nice to have netflix for some chill time. Great breakfast to start the day.

Host was very helpful. Super clean place. Taxi was there at 05 30 am to pick me up. 100%recommended.

Very spacious, comfy bed, nice kitchen, friendly staff. Good enough that we extended our stay.
