The owner offered us bikes to use for free, which was very convenient.

I was searching for a property with parking and only after booking I realized they offer parking on a public space (so parking is actually not included).

Staying here was such a wonderful experience. Laura and Patrizio were such wonderful hosts, that greeted us with such a warm welcome and even helped us find a free parking spot nearby. The rooms is wonderful and has a great view of the city. The glass door on the bathroom offers little privacy though, but if you are close with your partner is no big deal :) For breakfast, you get a coupon to use in the nearby cafe - the breakfast there is just amazing! Typical italian breakfast - cappuccino, orange juice and croissant. Delicious! If you are staying in Chiogga, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything is there for a comfortable stay!! Hosts go above and beyond to make everything happen smoothly! Would encourage anybody who is thinking of staying in Chioggia Italy to book here you won’t be disappointed Laura and Husband Patricizio are fantastic hosts!! 5 stars ⭐️

very conveniently located - we caught the bus from VCE airport to Chioggia and walked to the property. we were also able to walk to the cruise ship terminal.

not a fan of glass bathrooms - prefer more privacy but the bathroom it self was clean and well equipped
