fantastic place, location and hosts. right next to the slopes (ski in-ski out). the staff is amazing willing to help with everything. we are looking forward to our return.

Property location is perfect, just next to the ski slopes, the hotel and a caffee/restaurant. Staff is super nice, always willing to help. Heating is working through the night so its always warm inside.

Brilliant location and amazing hosts. Very clean and super functional bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Storage space was limitted (we did bring a loooot of stuff due to kids)

"Cosy Cabin in a Great Location"

The location is great, close to the ski lift and all amenities. The apartment itself was warm and had everything we needed. The provided tea and coffee was a nice touch and free parking at the hotel is an added bonus!

The "soundproof" rooms were sadly non-existent as we could hear EVERYTHING from our neighbours rooms. Having said that, everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours and we got a good sleep each night. The "non-smoking throughout" is also false as smoking in the communal area is allowed... A point to remember - the mini-mart at the hotel is woefully lacking (no milk, bakery goods, groceries etc.) so come prepared!

"New apartment with great location"

The apartment is new, the location is perfect (better than the Stara Planina Hotel) and it is very warm and cozy. Тhe owner of the apartments is available all the time and the caretaker of the apartments is in a good mood and for him there is no problem that he cannot solve :).
