"The host went through our stuff and questioned my girlfriend in our room alone"

Close to one of the surf spots and to a nice cafe. The upper room has a nice view onto the surf spots.

While my girlfriend was alone on the balcony of our room, one of the male employees went into our room and was searching through our things without the light on at the time that my girlfriend came back into our room. Obviously she was scared with a guy going through our things in our room in the dark. The employee started asking her all sorts of questions (who are in this room, how long are you in this room, again who are in this room) although he was the one who welcomed us to the accommodation and saw us everyday. Then he wanted to get our scooter key although we had prepaid the rental for another day. Then the scooter rental guy came into our room, stood on the door way and questioned my girlfriend about the same things. This is not okay. For them to go through our stuff in our room when we are not there and then question my girlfriend in the dark while blocking the exit of the room. They also let all the sewer directly into the streets and the ocean.

Awesome place in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful cafe that has cheap food and is the hangout place. The room is a very good value for the price, it’s a basic set up but definitely everything you need plus a beautiful view. No issues with cleanliness, No AC so windows will be open that can let in critters, but not a big deal, especially with a mosquito net on bed.

Nothing not to like. A bit more spartan; if you’re expecting the 5 star resort then this is not that. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing surf stay

"Crusy beach front surfer life"

Awesome location overlooking a nice break. You can wonder down to their awesome cafe on the beach in about 45 seconds, grab a coffee or rent a board. Great guys

My room smelt a bit musty. Maybe the mosquito net?
