We loved everything about this property… the owners Amy and Biff were amazing, so kind, helpful and accommodating!! The room was perfect for what we needed and the breakfast was simply delicious, as if you were in their home… We highly recommend! Liz and Laura x

A perfect stay! I was in Ashburton for business, and the location was perfect with close access to town. I had a lovely, spacious room, which meant I could go through my work bits comfortably, with an abundance of tea at my disposal. Amy and Biff were amazingly kind, helpful, and attentive, plus I had such delicious breakfasts in the mornings. I honestly couldn't fault anything and would heartily recommend.

Everything was great!

The breakfast was delicious, with pastries, juice, fruit, and even freshly baked apple cakes. The house is beautiful with interesting historic features. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easier than expected - we were able to get a street park close by, to our surprise. The town is interesting as well - just make sure check what day places are open before selecting your date.

Not a matter of disliking, but just wanted to comment that there are stairs to take your luggage up. Hard to avoid in lovely old houses like this! The heating didn’t always work, but the owners were working to get this fixed when we were there.

We were greeted by Amy who was immediately warm and friendly. She gave us clear explanations of what we needed to know to come and go from the property, breakfast times, where to find good places to eat in the town. Our room was very comfortable. We were also encouraged to use the downstairs conservatory or to venture into their garden. Our breakfasts were delicious! Many thanks! Thank you very much to both Amy and Biff and we wish them well on their new enterprise!
