"Secluded and quiet."

Location very good, as had historical interest due to originally being built during the late 1800's in the local gold rush period. Very good breakfast, vegetarian options provided.

We only stayed one short night, and it was perfect. Adriaan cooked for us at night: a simple but very enjoyable meal, reminding me of my (grand)mothers cooking back in Belgium when I was a child. I appreciated the decoration (old maps and images) and the filled bookcases in the main buildin/room, and particularly liked the bar which was decorated with souvenirs which Adriaan brought from his time in Germany (but which we sadly did not have the possibility to enjoy with a beer).

The surrounding could use some upkeep.
