Location, warm welcome by staff(Mr Clement), cleanliness, modern decor, safety, beautiful reception and lounge area

No hand soap and hand towel No bath towels Bathtub pipes leaking, we had to wipe water flooding on the floor afterwards Shower head in bad condition, water pouring from the top part like a waterfall and spilling all over the floor. We spent our time wiping water from the bathroom floor The pillow I used was very hard The basin was blocked, water took very long to drain I'd recommend that the bathroom must have bath towels, hand soap and towel, extra toilet paper in case the one finishes, shower caddy and cap, extra pillows, pool loungers around the pool I think all the above are standard requirements not luxury Thanks

The accommodation is at a convenient location and it is easy to get to a lot of places. The rooms are quite spacious and the pool was an added benefit.

The shower didn't seem to be quite clean and might need a little scrubbing. Additionally, the water made a mess as the water hits the bathroom floor. Oh and the bathroom in the deluxe suite needs a drying rack and a shelf in the shower to place soap/shower gels.
