Everything was perfect the start of friendly and welcoming accommodation was perfect I have no complaints.

Everything. Everything that you can expect from a good hotel you will find it here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Simon the absolute hero who checked me in had the room nice and warm for me as it was a particularly cold day outside. Even allowed me to check in early. I definitely recommend this to fellow travellers.

Nothing everything was perfect

Stopped with a friend we both had 2 boys that was 1 year old. We both had over night bags, and changing bags plus a couple of carri bags and 2 big prams. When we got there the owner said that we was on top floor (3floors high), we asked if they was anything on the first floor due to baby’s and prams and my self having heart condition, he said yes but there not very nice and with you having kids we give u the best room. When we got init the room the widows was moldy, wallpaper falling off, plaster from the ceiling and hole in the wall where the aerial for the tv was coming in. We got a room with 2 singles and a double, the double bed had a single sheet on it and didn’t even fit the bed. We went to the toilets and they was disgusting, cracks in toilet seat no towels to dry your hands on, no soap to wash ur hands and the bath and shower was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend staying if you have kids !!!!

I booked 2 rooms at this property and arrived at the correct booking in allocated time, however upon arrival we were informed that the rooms were not ready and there was only one available and also told that the second room was not fit for a dog to sleep in. We were told we could have a look at it but advised not to due to the state of the room when we were shown to the first room we were absolutely disgusted and mortified at the state of the place has a party of eight none of us have extremely high standards and appreciated what we had booked for the price according to the pictures of the property on Booking.com there was absolutely no way on earth any family with children like ourselves would have stayed in there the beds were broken. The place had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long and totally not as pictured or described. We were also told that the owner would have to go round the back and climb through the window to break into the room then go and get new locks and keys for the doors. It was absolute filth and we were disgusted by it bearing in mind we had been stood out on the street in the cold with young children getting on for three hours at this point, needless to say we did not stay at this property as we could not be accommodated at this property.

Nothing

Bags of Rubbish outside, smelled funny, bunk bed was wobbly and unsafe, it was cold and damp. Staff told us to call if there was any problems and desire trying for hours, never answered the phone, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even come show us to our room.

Friendly family run place excellent value for money made you feel comfortable and welcoming and above all safe
