The room was disgusting, the beds were disgusting and the room was full of mould and damp. Dirty underwear lying under the bed. The smell of damp/ smoke/ cannabis was unbelievable. Completely unsafe for a 1 year old baby. Even the steps outside the property had a pregnancy test lying in the ground. Just seemed like a drug den. We immediately went to reception explained to them the room was unacceptable and returned the keys back to them. The manager at reception said she understood and I would get my refund by contacting booking.com and had to find somewhere else to stay after a 12 hour travel at 9pm with a baby. The refund we are still struggling to get back coming on now 7 days later, as the property owner won’t contact booking.com or myself back by either phone call or email.

Staff was lovely gave us so much tea, coffee sugar and milk unlike other hotels where you get about 3 of each had a whole bag full, the, place was comfortable, was quieter than alot of other hotels too

Creaking stairs, shower doesn't drain properly, doors banging but all in all it was a perfect stay

They was nothing to like about this hotel, both the bunkbeds where unstable you could not sleep in them, they was cig tabs under the bed, the curtains was full of mould, the pillows was all stained, the bed was broken so stabbed you in your back. The toilet/showers was always full so you had to go else where for toileting, it smelt like cannabis in the hallway

The toilet/showers was always full so you had to go else where for toileting, it smelt like cannabis in the hallway, the cleanliness of the rooms was appalling, the toilet seat was cracked and never any toilet roll, dirty towels outside the bathroom floor, it was more like the slums than a hotel room, urine smell all around the hotel, the coffee and tea was past their expiry by 1 year and no spoons, the only good point was the staff was friendly.

The female owner was lovely as she was chatty and asked how we was and seeing if we needed anything

The male owner was rude to my mate only cause he asked to borrow something

Staff very friendly and welcoming got to stay in the new room and wow was brilliant

Broken bunk beds missing ladders bad odour throughout whole hotel no hot water at all wet carpets curtains that did not fully open or fully close

Tge room was disgusting staff drunk at bar
