Staff, super friendly, very helpful as we didn't know our way round, they helped us to have an amazing day. Great rooms, very clean, great nights sleep, comfy beds really great value rooms, and we parked on the drive outside too, instead of on street.Big win

The owners are very welcoming, the beds are super comfy and breakfast was delicious. Great location, everywhere was very clean and very homely.

Thought we'd booked cooked b'fast but it was continental.Didnt like plastic bowls & spoons at b'fast

Near to the sea Tram stop close by easy to get into the centre Owner was helpful with advising of restaurants etc

The beds were uncomfortable pretty hard and the Sofa bed was small not suitable for two12 year olds maybe smaller children, girls said they could feel some springs. Breakfast was continental very minimal no jams/ marmalade with the toast just butter,girls had fruit bowls which they enjoyed.There was teabags but no coffee. We knew it was continental but upon reading other reviews this clearly needs stating Continenal breakfast as it shows when booking that breakfast included.!! Overall, owners were welcoming very friendly for the cost it was acceptable

Could of done with a clean each day towels tea coffee sugar top up that's the only complaint

Expected full english breakfast not continental for the price very dissapointed no toiletries or bin in bathroom
