Ivy's Cottage

Lovely garden setting. Table and chairs on outside verandah were good for breakfast.lots of bottles of shampoos in the cupboard behind the mirror . We didn’t find the insect repellant until the morning we left. Moccona coffee and fresh milk. Comfortable couch.

Mosquitos hit at dusk and there were no screens. We needed to close the place and spray but it was hot. Column fan didn’t make a difference . So we opened the door and used 2 cans of fly spray . Small bed- only a double . Our freezer block did not refreeze. Tons of furniture so felt cluttered. No place for suitcases other than table in front of the TV or middle of the floor. Outside table and chairs needed to have a lot of cobwebs removed to make it useable .

We found bathroom area a bit small and we're both slim people. Microwave glass plate doesn't turn around. Bed a bit small but comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will certainly recommend to others.
