Pretul decent ptr locatie deoarece doream sa auungem rapid oe jos la Arenele Romane. Camera curata, cu AC, asternuturi si prosopae curate. Au cateva locuri de parcare disponibile vis a vis de proprietate, proprietarul este prompt si de ajutor.
