"Brilliant"

The room was comfortable, clean, very well decorated and the host Wendy went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. We have stayed at many guest houses and this one was definitely 10/10.

"Sadly not quite our cup of tea"

Sadly we were a little underwhelmed with Leverton House. Quite noisy, inside and out, didn’t have a restful night and the bed was a bit weird. It was split into three which made it very uncomfortable. very little parking. Unfortunately on our visit the owners had a few issues so was contacted late in the evening to be informed that it wouldn’t be possible to have breakfast. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this particular establishment again but I do wish them all the best.

An excellent stay. Comfortable room with all facilities provided. A very pleasant hostess who made me feel welcome. The breakfast was very good and overall my stay was full value for money.

"Clean, comfortable stay with great breakfast."

Property was well presented and clean. In a fantastic location on Newmarket Road. Bed was super comfy. The host was a kind, friendly lady who provided a great breakfast. Will certainly be staying again.
