Master accommodation suite 4 attic room

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Even though it is next to/above a fast food restaurant, you couldn't even tell. Great location, right by my favourite part, old town and the sea front. Even though it's in a busy location, it is still extremely quiet. We were kindly provided with a fan that made a huge difference. Mostly friendly staff and when there was a problem, help was offered at the earliest convenience.

Some of the younger girls needed to work on customer service, extremely small sinks, tea/coffee/cups and milk needed daily replenishing. Lack of towels provided- one big each and one small which had to be used as a bath mat and hand towel. Some small details in the decor, complicating shower and toilet seat needed attending too.

Great price for the stay duration. Treat very well . We are an LGBTQ+ couple and are always worrying about how we are treated but have had nothing but great service at this place. Safe and comfortable situation. We will be back and will 100% recommend. And no we're not being paid to say this Haha. Literally fantastic

Only thing I would suggest is better pillows, ours were as flat as a pancake and we spotted the bed sheet had a fag burn hole

The location. Fridge in room was handy. Nice shower.

Was very small for the price! We have stayed in a beautiful studio appt attic room for 30 less on the West Hill. Which also included free parking. A cup of tea or coffee had been thrown on the wall behind bed/ bedside table to which was not pleasant.

Nothing, at this place

I booked an attic double bedroom for 2, with the sea view, All I got was a small bed big enough for one, by the wall, in a tiny room, with a side view of a ruined building and a car parked on the street, and hardly a sea view, The bathroom was OK. And the best of all, I got there first, so I told my date about how small the room was, she didn't want to stay there, so I had to pay over £80, to spend a night by myself, very very very disappointed, I want something done to satisfy me.
