Quiet location in a suburban location but close enough to major roads so getting about was easy. Gorgeous garden outlook. It was clean and comfortable.

"Impossible to fault. Will book again if available when we need."

Complimentary breakfast option was a welcome surprise, amazing shower pressure, very quiet at night and lovely private garden topped it all off perfectly. Originally chosen due to being close the event we attended but will be our first choice whenever we are in the area now regardless.

Although he was chatty, the cat wouldn't let us pat it. :)

Despite arriving later than expected, thanks to Air New Zealand, it wasn't a bother, and the host was welcoming and friendly. It was tidy and comfortable.
