"guest house was pleasant however the weather was terrible"

view was very good rooms are clean pool area very relaxing

The food availability at the premises basic items like chips cold drinks and simple standard breakfast bacon and eggs and the Bedroom door handle needs attention

Die ruhige Umgebung und die zentrale Lage für Ausflugsziele! Und das Wetter...

Offensichtlich keinerlei Kommunikation mit Gästen gewünscht! Keine Begrüßung, keine Betreuung, keine Verabschiedung des Vermieters! Nichts!!! Alles wird per Email mitgeteilt! Absolut unpersönlich, wir fanden diese Umgangsform schrecklich! Zum Zimmer: Einfachste Ausstattung! Defekte Nachtschränke! Das Bad / Dusche naja, ok! Der Pool hat trübes Wasser, wir haben ihn daher nicht genutzt! Die Terrasse hat schmutzige Fliesen, die eine Reinigung dringend gebrauchen könnten. Und on Top: Dreierlei !!! notwendige Schlüssel um in die Wohnung zu kommen nerven bei jedem Ankommen bzw. Abfahren von der Unterkunft! Safe vorhanden, aber sehr einfache Ausführung. Sicher ist irgendwie anders...

Die Lage.

Totaler Reinfall! Deluxe Suite, hat nichts mit Suite zu tun. leider, altes Zeug, Bett quietschend, Kleiderschrank alt,teilweise kaputt! Zimmer von Unsere Tochter sehr dunkel,da kommen gar keine Urlaubsgefühle auf und dann am ersten Abend beim ins Bett gehen leider mehrere Haare im Bett gefunden.

The view from the terrace was great!

The rooms were dirty and there was a smell of mold in the bathroom. Staff was inattentive and there was a feel of the property not being cared for.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit schönem Balkon, auch der Aufenthaltsraum sehr ansprechend.Gute Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter.

Teilweise ist der schöne Blick Richtung Camps Bay durch davor erbaute Gebäude eingeschränkt. Der hintere Gartenteil, den man vom Balkon aus sieht, müsste noch fertig angelegt werden.
