incredible view on the terrasse/pool area, comfortable sunbeds, nice little kitchen area, feels a bit like home. cleaning staff was super friendly!

The pool deck and public balcony were wonderful- amazing views! The self catering facilities and items were great. The room was very clean and the staff -Gloria and Sydney were warm and accomodating. The linen and towels felt new and clean. Shower pressure was great!

It would be great if they had some light bulbs as battery ones that turn on with loadshedding ( not the emrgency lights as they had) and to have their wifi on an inverter. Decor could be better , more co-ordinated & fresher The manageress Candice should come meet the guests at some point - it would add a personal touch and that the guest matters. The German couple adjacent me felt the same. Keys should also be marked better as there are many and it takes alot of fumbling with them to find the right one. A master key for the main gates would be amazing instead of having so many. Place mats and napkins would be nice in the kitchen Tissues and body lotion would also be a nice addition of comfort

The room itself was lovely and bright, location not too bad although you need an uber taxi all the while.

There was no interaction with the owner. Not once did they see if we were OK and no local information or recommendations were given to us. I wouldn't stay again to be honest.
