The location is fantastic and an extremely comfortable room. Augustine is a fantastic host with a warm welcome and shows you everything on the property and your room

"Not what they advertise"

Augustus was very polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable.

I had to wait and hour and a half for my room. I got there at 11:30 and the previous nights occupants had still not even packed. They advertise a heated pool it was not. The jacuzzi was cold. They advertise Netflix but it doesn't work. The breakfast was a lot of processed meat and cheese. Definitely not worth the R1700 I paid.

"A gem not to be missed"

Everything...staffs' attitude & willingness to assist incl late check in. Manager's flexible approach to late check out to coincide with flight. The overall ambience, breakfast, decor, quality of service all made the stay enjoyable.
