They often clean the rooms and provide some snacks. They offer laundry and ironing at no additional cost. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. It is in a convenient area and just a walking distance to the Centurion Mall and garage nearby. It looks safe, with cameras, security entrance doors, and remote-controlled gates.

No reception (no one will welcome you). No control (some tenants over-occupy the space (especially the kitchen and dining area), and some tenants were too noisy and partying until around 2 am). No one is saying anything about that, no small fridges in the room to store food (fridges in the common area; I cannot store my opened food in the open space I share with people I don't even know, where everyone has access), and no table or chair in the room to use when working. You have to go out in the common space to access a table and a chair.
