On this occasion was able to provide parking for the duration of the stay which was very much appreciated. However on site parking is VERY limited and is not part of the package. Bus stop just outside with regular buses to the centre. Good pubs and restaurant a short walk away for dinner. (check for options.)

No Breakfast option. Double check for local options. Room was 'minimalist' (nor my preference.)

Beautiful quiet high ceilinged room with view of Arthur's Seat. Room cleaned daily to a very high standard. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk into city centre or very convenient bus stop with frequent services. Ideal for our short stay in Edinburgh.

prachtige monumentale uitstraling van het pand, exterieur en interieur; uitstekende busverbinding met het centrum van Edinburgh, goede (ontbijt-)restaurants op loopafstand; goed bed; douche en wc apart van onze kamer, maar wel voor ons alleen en dat beviel prima

Het onpraktische van de kamer 1. onhandige bediening van het raam; een slaapkamerraam moet open kunnen voor de zuurstof en we moesten uitzoeken hoe we het grote schuifraam van onze kamer op een kier konden zetten. Maar het is wel gelukt. 2. te weinig praktische bergruimte in de kamer; er is een miniscuul plankje voor koffie/thee te zetten; geen ruimte om je koffers aan de kant te zetten, mede omdat de kast te klein is voor je kleren. 3. we misten een zitje: tafeltje of grote plank aan de muur met een bankje of stoelen

Very clean, very nice host, large room, perfect for few days trip to Edinburgh. Thanks for having us.
