Smack bang in the middle of the Bang Niang walking street. Comfortable European style mattresses, huge double rooms, super clean.

Great bright, big room, nice new interior and exceptionally clean, I felt at home as it had more then the usual basic interior.

Incredible space, quiet, clean, comfortable, fast reliable wifi, quiet aircon, close to the night market and the beach. One of the best accommodations we stayed in Thailand.

Nice and clean guesthouse. Near the market. Excellent restaurant.

The location is a bit noisy Far from the beach

First and foremost the staff. They are attentive, always friendly and deliver an excellent service. The food was good and the thai barbeque was just delicious. Everything (facilities, airco, shower, bed, etc.) about the room was very good. The place is close to the marked and also the beach is within walking distance.

This is more of a general remark. Bang Niang seems to wake up at 10:00h. Before that time only taxis and 7 11 is open.😀

Khao Lak is a scuba diving town. People come to dive and look for accommodations that are around this strip of dive shops. The guest house is located in the middle of the street and very visible for pickups. The rooms are very generous, clean and have seating and working areas, which is a big surprise. It is as good as a deluxe room in a trendy hotel with modern comforts. I believe its inner comforts surpasses its outer modest look. The guest house also has a buzzing restaurant below and their food is quite good. I arrived a day later due to commute issues, and the owner/manager did not charge me for that day and I didn't have to ask for it which i think was very kind.
