Cleanliness and Suraj was very helpful

Asked for a sheet for taking under the blanket but was refused. they only provide bed sheets. Not sure how clean the blanket was. Had to ask for the kettle, check the geyser and get them to switch it on from the main, bath mug was missing. Although they were all minor but they bring the rating down from excellent to v.good/good

Your demand for room rent on arrival is quite discourteous. Only your hotel demand otherwise everywhere payment is made while checking out. Must follow this

Staff at reception was pleasant and welcoming

There was a loud music being played in the morning at 5 AM by someone and he kept playing it even after reporting to the reception. Reception seemed helpless and even expressed their helplessness at the time of checking out.
