Bolara 60: the Guesthouse

Izvanredna lokacija, ako želiš mir, prirodu i resetiranje od svakodnevnog stresa. Osobno sam zaboravila napomenu, a koja nije odmah jasno vidljiva, da se kupaonica dijeli sa drugom sobom na katu. Međutim, čistoća je zaista na visokom nivou, a i iznimno ljubazno osoblje (kao i vlasnik Matt) te domaća hrana je učinilo boravak predivnim iskustvom. Svakako, vratit ćemo se opet. 🙂

Exceptionally beautiful location, beautifully renovated house, caring and super tidy hosts that take care of the house, the garden and the food in a very dedicated way. The breakfast was excellent, only the timing is a little late (9 o'clock) if you want to use the morning before the heat for exploring.

The bed was quite narrow (probably 140 cm) and not firm enough for us.

Juste génial, séjour parfait des hôtes très très gentils, le dîner et les petits et déjeuners étaient excellents. Cadre magnifique !

Fantastic location in the heart of upper Istria. Close to wineries, medieval towns and coastal cities. Amazing refurbished farmhouse set in forested hills, with comfortable rooms. Wonderful family-style breakfast included. Anna, Matt and staff have created a lovely, B&B experience to base from while you explore the "Tuscany of Croatia". Dinners available on Wed and Sat and are highly recommended. We loved our dinner with staff and guests.

Our room did not have an ensuite bath, requiring a trip out thru the hall close to stairs to the kitchen which was always manned. Also, some staff used our bath for showering, which was mentioned to us upon check-in. Not our ideal situation.

Bylo to kouzelné, uprostřed lesů a údolí, moc krásné.

Lovely house in a quiet spot with super friendly people. Breakfast was a treat every morning, and dinner felt like hanging out and eating with friends. We had a really amazing time.

There’s not much missing, but it would be nice to have something to cool off with on a hot day.
