Melia was quick to respond and very helpful. The facilities were great. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Could do with some extra windows or air conditioning as it gets very warm.

Really clean and modern with all the facilities one would require and the shower was amazingly powerful; it was like showering under a waterfall. It was also really quiet so nothing to disturb your sleep. Would recommend if one needs a place to stay in the Greymouth area.

Shower was awesome Location and parking great Bed very comfy although sheets were a little funky due to being little thicker than expected Offer to iron my business shirt by host was so unexpected and hugely appreciated

No Sky TV was slightly disappointing as no sport able to be watched Bath towel was a little un soft, had a hardish edge to it
