- Amazing location - Beautiful views of old town and the ocean - Balcony - Binoculars were a great addition - Early check-in, thank you!

- Apartment smelt of smoke majority of stay, likely from downstairs neighbouring chain smoking. - Dirty bedsheets on living room sofa bed (definitely didn’t smell clean) - Requested a baby cot for our 6 month old, but it wasn’t provided. - Aircon unit dripped water all over floor numerous times, no instructions prior or check-in about this. - Not many personal touches - Many, many stairs which is difficult with luggage (don’t remember this clearly being mentioned on the listing)

We had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Franica. The apartment was in a great location, and the view from the balcony was sensational. We were able to drop our bags off early, which we really appreciated. The living space was quite big, which was great.

There was nothing to dislike; the shower was a little old, and the directions for check-in could have been clearer (the images were a little blurred and it wasn't immediately clear that the reception was upstairs, so we nearly went in the wrong room). However, once we'd checked in we had a wonderful stay here.

Location amazing, lots of steps but only 3 mins walk from the centre.

Everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay with an amazing view from the balcony. The owner was very helpful with any questions.
