Conference View Guest House

Everything. Excellent location just across the conference centre, and 5-7 mins walk to the railway. Katerina and Stewart, lovely owners and patient - I was traveling during the storm so they were both waiting for me to arrive. Extremely clean, and warm room. English breakfast served daily and freshly prepared, coffee as well. The whole setting was just like from a TV.

The location is perfect for the centre of Harrogate, just a 5 min walk. Parking was a bonus just up the road with a free pass to cover the zoned area. The room was lovely and warm with a large bed and plenty of tea/coffee. Shower was a little small but strong flow and plenty of hot water. Hosts very friendly.

Could have been a better choice for cooked breakfast,

Everything. Location was near the conference centre and other town centre amenities. Owner was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was nicely prepared and tasty. Room itself was big with a large comfy bed, modern bathroom and decent storage.

A very welcome reception from Stuart. Great central location. We stayed in the Blue Room which was very well presented, exceptionally clean, remarkably comfy big bed. Breakfast was delicious, well presented with a great selection of hot and cold options. We were abe to park at the rear of the guest house for the duration of our stay. Would definitely return again,enjoyed the personal touch.

Only instant decaf coffee available at breakfast.

Steward is very helpful and kind, also the structure is at least 50mt from the main entrance of the convention center. Dad and I will recommend it!

The wifi is very slow 🥲

The beds were very comfy, and the room clean, accessible, and warm. It was also in the excellent location for both the conference centre and the main town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, too.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get breakfast, as it wasn't possible to get it before 7am so it'd have been nice to have that option, even just for a little cereal, as I understand cooking that early could be hard.
