Extremely kind staff, private room with private bathroom.

The family were very helpful and kind. It was nice to have a coffee on their terrace. Room was spacious.

I had some ants in my bathroom.

The apartment was spacious. Hosts were really nice and in good location

I stayed in this villa on my second visit to hikkaduwa. Then I decided to extend my stay for another night. Feel free to ask the family if you need assistance. They are very helpful. It's true place don't have AC in the room I stayed at, but at night, it gets quite cold, so there is no need for AC. For that price, it's definitely worth it.

Very nice People , very helpful and friendly , I had a nice time there. Just two minutes walking to the beach. Restaurants in the near. They also have scooter rent :)

Very nice landlords. Close to the beach and restaurants. Big room with a nice ac. The landlord let us use the fridge to store our beverages. They even recommended us to sites for visiting.

Beware of the train if you are sensitive, for us there was no problem.

The place is amazing. I stayed for 1 night with my friends and we enjoyed a lot. The owners are really kind and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. Worth the money.
