The hotel staff was absolutely incredible. They offered us a free pick up from the bus station, which was super convenient. When we found ourselves in a difficult situation in the city center, the hotel staff send one of them to pick us up, so we would not be in danger. This was absolutely incredible and no other hotel I ever stayed in did such a nice thing. They really take good care of their guests, more than I would ever imagine. The rooms are very cozy and clean, they offered us a toilet paper roll. Also they upgraded us to a better room with a balcony without any extra fee. The location is nice, very close to the fort, but not in the fort, so it is not damaging the historical buildings.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to relax. The rooftop is definitely a highlight — peaceful and cozy, with an incredible view of the fort, especially at sunset. The atmosphere here is so warm and welcoming. You arrive as a guest but leave as a friend. A special thanks to Jamin, the amazing host, who makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Highly recommend!
