The staff were welcoming.

The door was a little stiff so needed a strong slam in order to lock.

Close to the train station and a 7 Eleven. Beds were OK as was the room generally but it's easy to see fixtures and fittings are getting a little tatty and old.

Obtaining the key is supposed to be done with a phone call which is not helpful if you don't have a Thai SIM in your phone.

They have a bicycle for free to move around, are very hospitable and have excellent staff

Everything because advertising more than what reality!! All the furnitures and beds was not match as advertised. Everything in the rooms so old and out of date!! The worse of the worse Room #1 toilet not flushed. Room #2 broken faucet. Room #3 coffee pot dead 😕 Customer service was so bad. When check in she walk over asked for name and walk away came back left room keys on the counter and walk away without say anything to us. This is my worse experience ever in my entire travel life so far 😕 not recommended!!

Ideal place to stay in khon kaen center. Sa receptionist is just a phone call away 😂

We came too late and got the key so that was nice.

We had a backpacker room and the bed was very bad.
