Golden Myra Apart-Hotel

Posizione fuori Marbella, servizi nelle vicinanze assenti, a parte un bar/ristorante un po scadente nella qualità. La camera carina anche se un po piccolina, c era il frigo, aria condizionata, microonde, tv. Il numero di riferimento ha risposto prontamente ad un paio di problematiche che abbiamo avuto.

Avendo soggiornato 7 giorni avere un solo cambio di asciugamani (solo i grandi) dopo 4 giorni mi è sembrato un po poco, la camera non veniva mai rifatta e abbiamo avuto i cestini pieni per tutta la settimana. Il penultimo giorno eravamo invasi dalle formiche perché nella camera di fronte avevano lasciato del cibo. Sono però intervenuti nel pomeriggio.

Quarto limpo. Localização boa.

Quarto muito pequeno. praticamente sem espaço para passar nas laterais da cama. WC muito pequeno. Apenas uma janela vasculante. Não tem ar condicionado.

The location of the property was amazing, everything was close by.

The instructions to get the keys for the property were clear however we wasn’t been told which suite we are staying in, had to figure it out. We asked for new bed sheets and towels twice and they never delivered it to us. We had to use the same ones for 5 days.

Room was much worse than expected, no towels on the first night so had to dry myself with my own clothes. Someone opened and walked into my room while I was sleeping to fix the bathroom, thankfully I woke up.

Really central, a beautiful location very close to beach & fabulous restaurants, very clean, host was so helpful and accommodating and checked in with us regularly to see was everything ok.

The place was extremely dirty upon checking in as there was no electricity (hence no way to properly clean as there was no light and barely no day light in the room). The “junior suite” is tiny, barely no space to have more than one luggage. And not at all comfortable if more than one person is staying in that room. So don’t get fooled by the name of the room. The power went off several times during the stay. According to the rental management company, the only way to have power again was to switch off and on the fuses. However the fuse box was in the main hallway outside the room which meant having to step outside the room in the middle of the night to turn the power back on and have AC. On top of that, the towels were extremely dirty (old make up stains on all the towels). Teresa from the rental management company said she would personally come and drop off clean towels, which obviously she never did. During the stay, I also contacted Teresa on several occasions to ask when the power would be fixed. Needless to say, I never heard from her on that topic. All in all, avoid staying at Myra apart hotel. Yes, the location is good but that’s about the only positive point for this place.
