Melnsila kroga personāla attieksme - ja klientiem 40 minūtes neatnes pat ēdienkarti, nerunājot pat par pasūtījuma pieņemšanu, tad tas nav normāli. Nevienam neiesaku.

"Feel regret why We book through booking.com for Latvia locations"

Booking.com support team helped us to find this property and it was shown that entire house will be yours , but aftre booking when we started towards location, Owner of property made a call and said "sorry you all 12 people can't take one house, i can give you 3 rooms in one and in another house i can give you 2 rooms , but we choose private house for our trip, false communication, waste of our time, efforts money, we spent 7 hours on road and whole day was wasted, efforts wasted and booking.com and property owners were playing ping pong ball with us

misleading information about property, communication gap between property owner and booking.com lackness of information and no support from booking.com I put dispute too but no one tried to response me, even not a single apology call i have received i am using booking.com from past 10 years but unfortunately for Latvia locations it is horrible experience

Location and staf . If you want stay front of the sea probably the best location in Baltics for this value . Staff is very friendly and passionate about guests and guests needs .
