Close to train station and a great base to wonder around La Spezia, catch train to Cinque Terre and local bus to Porto Venere.

The washing machine was not working however there is a laundromat across the road from the apartment.

L'accueil exceptionnelle, la beauté des chambres, la propreté

On entend le train passer mais on le sait avant d'arriver puisque la gare se trouve à coté, mais très bien pour se rendre directement aux Cinq terres!

La limpieza!! Es para destacar, huele a limpio todo!

Por decir algo: no hay ascensor , hay que subir 3 escaleras ( a mi no me molestó)
