Great location, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower, easy check in, many snacks, responsive host, provided a late check out

More like an airbnb instead of a hotel so no cleaning during your stay and 15 euros per person to replace your towel/sheets. Felt that was a bit much (30 euros for a couple) to change sheets and towels - especially during a longer stay. However, everything else was comfortable.

staff is great, very welcome location perfect, close to everything you want see. walking distance to both, train station and boat stations clean and very caring atmosphere

a bit noisy on weekend nights. get ready not to sleep until 1-2 am on Saturdays. 🙈 you have to make some stairs until 2nd floor. during the stay not a problem, but with luggage slowly slowly.
