The room was spacious. It was located close to the train station. The self check in was easy. The beds were comfortable.

We did not like the location, it felt unsafe at night and there were multiple pubs/bars that were very loud during day and night (both because of music and people shouting). The room was not very clean and the shower did not drain properly.

Renovated and nicely decorated. Close to the train, very easy walk.

Room was small

The location was very convenient. 4 minute walk to the train station. Just a few minutes on the train to Cinque Terre. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Paolo checked in with us often to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. He even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. Unit was clean & well kept. Good price.

Not a problem for us, but if you have issues walking, you have to climb stair to the 2nd floor. Unit was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Just a small room with a bed & bathroom. Again, not a problem for us. We really didn't spend much time hear other than sleep & shower.

The location was amazing! Not even 5 minutes from the train station, perfect to go visit Cinque Terre! The room had everything we needed, Paolo event left us a nice bottle of white wine and some water.

Some cold and noise would enter from the bathroom window, even when closed, but the bedroom was warm enough and it had heating if needed.

Great location, super clean and confortable. Communication with the host was great, we could checked in much earlier than we expected and was perfect to continue with our plans.

Near the train station. Excellent location for restaurants and found an amazing ice cream vendor who served the tastiest ice cream with every topping you can imagine

A lot of banging noise & shouting in the street at night and found a lot of dodgey looking characters hanging around in street corners. This made it feel unsafe at night.
