Very cheap rate for the night, room with AC and full bathroom, good wifi, and right above café for a morning breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress/bed was tipping onto the headboard, and the mattress foam was worn down. It needs to be replaced. Other than that, I woke up very early in the morning and the access to the lobby/cafe downstairs was locked since it had not opened yet. I wasn't sure how to leave and get going with my day, so I had to call the several numbers posted on the glass door. My Spanish isn't great, but someone answered and told me to take the emergency exit located upstairs, which I did. Still, the lobby/café downstairs was closed, so I called the same number and was told to walk across the road to the other motel/restaurant, where I finally asked the guy behind the restaurant counter if I had spoken to him on the phone. Not a very friendly person, he mumbled something and took my key.
