Mark and Andrea were excellent hosts very friendly and above and beyond to provide an excellent stay.The property is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, lots of free parking nearby and perfectly situated to walk to all attractions. Shopping, restaurants and bars all easily walkable

The staff were absolutely lovely, they clean daily and replenish all toileteries and refreshments, and even have their own selection of alcohol. The location is perfect due to it being quite central, we tend to walk everywhere when we come to Llandudno. Street parking is first come, first served as stated and as expected but we didn't have any issues, there are plenty of streets to park as well as carparks if preferred. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts had thought of everything to make their guest house comfortable and welcoming. Everything was scrupulously clean & the decor was tasteful.

Sometimes the Wifi doesn’t work very well, but I noticed that’s common in the region. Good for a detox

The Rosedene Hotel is lovely and in a perfect spot. Andrea and Mark were very welcoming and friendly nothing was to much trouble. We stopped for 2 nights. We had a family room as we took our grandson with us. It was very clean and the beds were really comfy nice fluffy towels. Tea and coffee biscuits in room.
