Excellent experience. Great communication from hosts prior to arrival, and a great welcome where facilities etc were explained. The Rosedene was immaculate, very comfortable and had everything we needed & more.

A friendly, helpful welcome. A clean, well-equipped room. A quiet location but still close to the centre and the beach.

Parking can be difficult. On street gets full up and pay and display can get expensive.

"Superb"

Great welcome very clean good location and it was licensed

The only downside was parking but if you’re patient or lucky you will get a spot close to the hotel It didn’t really bother me
