Very good breakfast

The shower wasn’t working. I told the host straight away but no action taken. No shower for my wife and I for 3 days. Not good. Room was clean and comfortable but not as big as advertised.

Very welcoming owner and the two other staff were the same. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the sea and mountains. I loved the decor and furnishings making it very homely.

The hotel was just what we needed, a clean comfortable room , a good breakfast to set us up for the day, close enough to walk to the town and far enough to bemout of the noisy.

Location good, breakfast good, hosts nice.

We don’t normally complain about accommodations, but on this occasion we were astounded by being expected to pay such a large amount for an unfit standard for a room. (Especially when there was no mention of the state when we booked online). We were charged a lot of money for a part refurbished, very unfinished room and bathroom. There was no electricity working , connected plug sockets on one side of the room. In the bathroom , there was mdf window sills, just hanging loose, the same as the bath top. Shower wall was not siliconed in. Host did mention it was in an unfinished state, but did not offer another alternative room, as there were none available. Very disappointed, and very overpriced for such a state… unacceptable overall. Also, the host was adamant that the room should be paid in full as soon as we arrived, and before we even saw the room, as they were still cleaning the room when we arrived.

It was very homely, great location and host was really friendly.

On arrival there was a parking space fairly close to the hotel but Jonathon told us to park in front of his garage. Booking in was easy and Jonathon showed us to our room. Breakfast was brilliant 11 out of 10 as it was that bit extra. Jonathon and his mum were always ready to chat and were very helpful . Can 't praise the stay to much and the weather was great Bodnant gardensbeutiful as usual.

The only downside of the break was being divebombed by a seagull and the bugger stealing my ice cream, we had a good laugh and all the family and freinds thought it was hilarious.

The breakfast was excellent full English or whatever you wanted hot plates, hot food, all fresh with cereals, toast fruit, tea, coffee, fruit juice, good choice.
