From a really warm welcome from Stuart on arrival. Everywhere is immaculate. Wi-Fi excellent. Breakfast is wonderful lots of choice and served by Pat exceptionally fresh and hot. Position ideal for everything you need in Llandudno. They are both really informative about whatever you could need to know. Everything to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks.

Parking is tandem as is normal in the road so at breakfast it gets sorted out who is going out so cars can be moved around.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. On site parking was an advantage and the location was ideal with most pubs, restaurants, etc within easy walking distance.

Nothing to dislike.
