Excellent place , great evening food , fantastic breakfast. , staff all polite and happy .

Location was easy to find, room was a good size, bathroom was good (although raindrop shower could do with a bit of descaling!), everything very clean and well presented. Was very happy that, when I needed to check in much later, this was facilitated with absolutely no fuss and made things much easier and simpler for me! Breakfast was spot on - having ended up a little late, the chef sorted me a perfect breakfast sandwich which was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here, and hope I do so too.

Nothing! Apart from the shower head, but that would be really splitting hairs!

We were charged £104.50 each for our 4 rooms, so expected something pleasant, given that the Premier Inn a few miles away was far less than that. When we arrived and were shown to our rooms, I wasn't informed on how to turn on the heating. I assumed, mistakenly, in 2025, that you pressed a button and the heating came on. When I got back to my room in the evening, it was like a freezer. There was a button on the wall by the door which said 'touch' - nothing happened. I found out the next morning that there was a switch next to the radiator/storage heater that had to be put on as well. This was never communicated to me when we were shown to your rooms. There was no one to refer to for help as the pub had been closed up for the night, there was no support staff or contact number to call. I couldn't sleep properly as I was so cold all night. I just spoke with Dawn, the manager, who said she apologised and will speak with the staff member - but that doesn't help me with my experience. The customer service is non-existent as the whole place was closed up when we got back around 8:45pm

Genuine local rural pub serving local community. The fact that locals popped in for and pint or a meal means it is reliably good Rump steak meal was succulent and excellent honest food with great flavor and an enormous portion. Room was warm and quiet despite being in a pub. Good location for the Holyhead ferry and good value for money. Breakfast was excellent.

Easy to find. 25 minutes or so from the Holyhead ferry terminal. Near an asda for petrol and supplies. Check in easy. Staff welcoming and helpful Breakfast was great.lots of serve yourself options, including a cafetiere of real coffee, but also a full menu of cooked items that were well prepared. Very quiet. Great view of the distant mountains from the large breakfast room. The shower was really good. Large bathroom. Lots of instant coffee in the room Restaurant was also very good. Portions huge, great value for money. Food quality was very good.The pub/restaurant staff were wonderful

Duvet seemed small for the bed and left a gap for cold air. But there was a blanket which did cover the gap.Bed was comfortable but noisy when you moved.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and a clean room.

The bed was too hard, but that is personal preference. There was no way to turn the heating off once it was turned on. Could do with somewhere in the shower/bathroom to put toiletries.
