"An excellent sea-front venue for a comfortable stay with great service."

Ideally located on the sea front and near to local shops. Host exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable with a sea view. Well stocked tea tray. Fridge with water & soft drinks. Service and breakfast were both excellent. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning.

"Lovely break in Llandudno"

The friendly welcome by Nathan. Everything was of the highest standard, extremely soft towels. The breakfast one of the best we've had on our travels delicious poached eggs, tasty bacon all cooked to perfection. Lots of little extras that you might forget to include in your luggage eg shaver adapter, range of glasses for that night cap! Lovely garden to chill out in on an evening and enjoy a take away.

Stairs but understand why a lift not possible and Nathan was on hand to carry our suitcases - so not really a problem for us
