Riad des remparts Marrakech

A small and cute riad in a great position! The staff is very welcoming and Nice, especially the girls that prepare the breakfast and Ebat (?). The terrace with view on Marrakech is amazing, and there are a couple of cats that lives in the roofs that come to welcoming u... they are adorable! . The price is super convenient.

Aesthetic traditional riad, excellent service very attentive host and staff.

Bit cold in the night during winter but staff were lovely and gave us extra blankets which rectified the situation. We are pleased with the service.

Rooftop terrasse is nice

Unfriendly, inattentive receptionist who told us we didn't have a reservation and wanted to turn us away. After realizing his mistake, he showed us our room on the ground floor right next to the dining room. The door didn't close properly and you didn't feel like you had privacy. The room had no window and the bathroom didn't have a door, just a curtain. WiFi didn't work. Wouldn't recommend staying there.

We enjoyed the breakfast, there was variety of salty and sweet food, all served nicely. Friendly welcome with tea.

It was not riad that we dreamed to stay in Marrakech. One of booked rooms was disgusting (moldy walls and bad smell) so we kept our windows opened even during a night to get fresh air so it was extremely cold for us. Air conditioning didn't work to heat as well. Bathroom wasn't pleasant to use and I felt like I want to leave the room as fast as possible. Place wasn't dirty but gives impression of stinky and not fresh. Our expectations wasn't high but it was disappointing stay.

The hosts were responsive and ensured a smooth trip to the airport.

We didn't like being moved to a different location from the one we booked. The 2nd host assisted us though.
