The property was great lived the roof terrace and rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were So helpful and friendly.

The Riad is beautiful, very peaceful and clean. Mustapha, Loubna and all other staff were very friendly and helpful. They came and met us from the taxi on arrival which was very helpful as it would have taken us much longer to find the Riad on our own. It is down quite a small alleyway which you can easily miss. They also helped us find our taxi on departure. The location is very good - easy to reach the main sights on foot without needing to take a taxi. Breakfast was great - a selection of eggs, pastries and pancakes served on the lovely roof terrace. Overall this was a great base for our trip to Marrakech.

The only thing to improve our stay would have been to have drinking water replaced in the room during the daily housekeeping.

There's nothing to dislike about Road Ennafoura

Member of staff from the Riad met us at the taxi drop-off point to walk us through the twisting streets of the Medina - he very helpfully had a map and showed us where we were and what to look out for as initially it can feel like it is down a few narrow alleyways - we had no trouble during our stay in the day or in the evening. The Riad itself felt like an oasis, very calm and quiet with a beautiful courtyard. Our room wasn't lacking any amenity we needed, the staff even provided a laundry service for us. The terrace upstairs was hugely relaxing with sunbeams and a plunge pool to cool off. Breakfast was fantastic with freshly made items, fruit salads and juices, even a delicious shakshuka. The main positive was how welcoming and kind the staff were. We were accompanied back to the taxi drop off site outside when we left.

Loubna and Mustafa were fantastic hosts, couldn’t do enough for us. The property was exactly as described and well done.

The location was nice and quiet, it was a few minutes further out than maybe would have been perfect but nothing major.

The staff (Loubna and Moustafa) are exceptional! They treated like guests and not like customers! We felt the riad was an oasis and refuge after a long day of sightseeing.

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time. The location is amazing it’s in the medina but you can’t tell as it’s so quiet. Don’t be put off but the ally way to get to it, it is lit up and has cameras down it. The bed was comfy and rooms clean. Lots of toiletries were given too not just body wash which is a nice plus. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and up on the terrace. The little plunge pool was lovely after a long day of walking around in chaos. The staff so lovely and polite. Will be staying here again

Nothing at all

The riad was pure magic. Every detail has been thought to give the best experience possible. The breakfast was also magnificent and served in abondance on the beautiful roof top terrace. Special mention goes to all the stuff, they really made us feeling home and Mustapha was one of the best host ever encountered in our trips.
