Beautiful apartments in the very center of Piacenza - just 5-10 minutes walk from the central square. Your own dedicated parking space in the yard is a big plus. You can pick up the keys upon arrival at the key box - they sent detailed instructions for check-in in advance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. We recommend Due Altalene - excellent pasta with seafood.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the room quickly. We arrived during the day and by evening the apartment was still a bit hot. In addition, there is only one AC internal unit, located in the living room and it cools mainly living room while less cold air gets into the bedroom. It should be borne in mind that we arrived on days of extreme heat, perhaps in a normal summer everything is OK.

It was pristine. Amazingly clean. Big and also well equipped. We also appreciated Daniele"s great help with our parking needs. He really went out of his way to find us a spot in the property.

This is a comment more for booking.com than the property: it is not clear when properties have free parking or just a paid parking lot nearby. This applies to all properties.

Location was good, and the host was very clear in communications, and helpful in booking a restaurant for us.
