had the use of a kitchen and was not bothered by anyone

room slightly cold and could have been cleaner over all but I would stay again

The host was very helpful

The bed was just springs, couldn't walk around the bed at all. The whole place was old and depressing I was there an hour and had to get other accommodation. I was £150 more, and I haven't been offered anything in way of a refund. Dirty, run down and in need of a bit off paint

While the property lacked kerb appeal. The helpfulness of the manager, convenience of access to the city centre and very reasonable cost more than compensated for this. The Baltic is only a 20 minute walk away.

Great value, good location. plenty of on street parking. Friendly host who was very accommodating

Would be nice to have a blackout curtain in the room
