Very private place to be

Nothing everything was good

The place is well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.

Located near where we were meeting others. Clean and basic for our needs.

Seems a lot of finishes and facilities in the rooms were not there - no hairdryer as stated, the bathroom basin cupboard was badly damaged by water against the wall, none of the rooms had correct towel supply for guests numbers - we rented 5 rooms and not the same crockery was in each room, some had no saucers, no teaspoons. When I requested bowls and spoons ( we ate cereal quickly as we left early straight from our rooms) the lady could only find 3 spoons and took them off the dinning room tables...what if we all were going to eat breakfast - would there have been more spoons? Bedside lamp did not work. No water in our fridge but in the other rooms they had a water bottle in the fridge - small things just are not treated as uniform or important for staff to make sure is in each room - the room inventory should be the same in each room. Staff tried to quickly assist and did. Thank you.
