The location is as great, the guesthouse was amazing everything inside met my expectations. The swimming pool session we had was enjoyable and the stuff was really great. They made everything easy for us. We also did a picnic there, the stuff members helped us with everything we needed and even cleaned up for us… The facility is great, we enjoyed out time there

The plugs had a problem but we managed to use them and charge

It was clean

Disappointing stay, far from the relaxing experience expected I am really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room we were assigned overlooked the parking lot, which offered no privacy or pleasant view. This is certainly not what one expects for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, a large part of the hotel seemed to have been privatized by a group of noisy guests, making access to the pool practically impossible. The short time we did manage to spend there was far from restful due to constant noise disturbances. Given the situation, I requested to cancel the second night. I was assured that management had agreed to this cancellation, but to this day, I have yet to receive a refund. For a hotel of this standard, one would expect better management of common areas and serious follow-up on guest requests. This experience has left a sour taste, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking peace and professionalism.

Location was convenient. Rooms were clean

Braai stands not clean. Chicken bones left inside. Lapa was not clean, could not use it. We needed to ask for many key times like chairs, etc. One of the rooms didn't have an ac remote. Water pressure very bad when multiple people using showers. Plumbing issue. Shared umbrella broken.
