The owners friendly personality.

No fan No Aircon I paid for 2 rooms and there was only 1 room. My kids had to sleep on a mattress. No refund as promised.

Location. It was close to where I needed to be and the neighbourhood looked safe and quiet.

There are two large dogs that on the property. They are allowed to roam free and not secluded from the guests. There is not intercom or buzz in system, you have to phone when you arrive. Also there is no signage for the property, and the house number is not visible
