Pension Jasmin

The family member of the owner who showed us the room was very helpful and polite. Even letting me choose one of three available rooms. The bathroom and showers were clean and worked well.

The advertising photo did not represent the actual building or rooms. The family owns a little Hotel nearby and I guess the photo was from a room in the hotel. So it was misleading advertising. The pension had no reception as such ( someone came over from the hotel) and was used by not just by tourists but social benefit receivers. At least that was our impression. We did expect something else judging the photo.

Nothing

Dirty rooms. Noone emptyed trash, no new towels, no staff available. Mold in the shower. No one answered texts through phone or email or through booking. Had to leave one week earlier and pay for another Hotel. Pension Jasmin was not willing to refund any of the money.

The bed was Fuller of bedbugs they bite me I hawe scars all my body I film the badbugs

The only thing I liked was the price!and the location!

We arrived at this hotel with my family in the night. There was No one at the reception had to wait 10 minutes outside!but that's okay.As soon as the receptionist man came in he was acting very wierd!He couldn't speak English!He was talking in German the whole time and the way he acted it seemed like he was drunk!He even started shouting at me while I'm telling him I don't understand a word he is saying!My family got scared and they were asking me what type of hotel I booked,and we were not feeling safe the whole time!I showed the receptionist the booking that we made through booking.com and he got even more angrier because he couldn't read English!cutting the story short we paid and finally made it to our rooms,then I went out to grab some snacks and drinks for the night,where again I saw the receptionist was drinking at a bar with his friends so I knew that he was indeed drunk at his work time! Unfortunately this is very unprofessional And if the owner is reading this,you don't deserve to be on booking.com,you're way below of the standards!Use other German websites to advertise your property!I hope you understand why I'm saying this. I'm very disappointed!

Location is really nice

Stuff is just horrible, always unhappy and complaining. No respect to the customers at all
