The property was situated close to the town centre. It had beautiful gardens. The property was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are lovely. The house looks out to a beautiful garden. It’s located in a wooded area with nearby trails, yet an easy walk into town. Kerry, the owner, is a delight. She offered local information and recommendations. I’d love to visit again in the future.

Kerry is the best!!! Such a beautiful property, room and breakfast is so good. We will be back.

Arrandale House is a wonderful place to stay! The fully restored Victorian-era house is within walking distance of town, but is very quiet and overlooks a gorgeous, wooded yard. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable mattress and lovely sheets, and an updated bathroom. Our hostess (Carrie) is super detail-oriented and was determined to see that we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was by far the best we enjoyed in Scotland! She offered many options and all selections were cooked to order, then graciously served in a lovely dining room. We agreed it was a five-star experience that we will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing! The entire stay was amazing, from start to finish. We arrived earlier than our planned checkin time, but the hosts were flexible and accommodating, which was much appreciated.

Kerry was the most wonderful hostess and Arrandale House just beautiful in every way. Delightfully furnished and decorated and immaculate. The breakfast was fabulous and very generous. The view from the breakfast room over the garden into the valley was stunning. Just a ten minute walk into the village.
